Act in a Performance

l was act in a Performance in camping,but l do not have any photos because in the battalion we cannot use camera,so we do not have camera.

We had a celebratation in camping TRIP.Therfore our classmate want boys have a show,Christopher want me play guitar to represent our class,and he helped me to exercise the song,l want to play a song called made by jay zhou,a popular singer in mainland and taiwan lsland.because 10-a student did something with their teacher,therfore our teacher do not want us to exercise,so l have lots of times to prepare this song

At the begining l think this song is easy to play ,but we l try to play this song,l thought this song is very hard to play ,christopher helps me , so l play this song in 4 hours, even Christopher think this song is easy however is hard for me,times is near the show,but la cannot play well,then christopher said he could play with me too.

Show was beging, Christopher and me played the song toghther and had a big success,Christopher failed in the talent show, so he was very worry about that thing,but in this talent song he was win,so he also very happy.

After this show .l learned lots of things,l learned the important of team working and planning every is necessary.

Religious Service

I was going to have a Religious Service in Spring Festvial in Chung TAI Chan Monastery,It was a special service and l learned many things about religious

Chung Tai Chan Monastery is not a tradational Monastery,it was bulit in 2001,so it is a modern Monastery,the designer use lots of monden architectural ideas,the special features of the monastery is the buliding likes a faerie sit around the mountains,in this buliding have hall of the four heavenly kings,the great majestic hall, the great magnificence hall.

Many people in taiwan believe Buddhism,therfore they go to Chung Tai Chan Monastery,they use their ablictily to help the people in the Chung Tai Chan Monastery,threfore the Chung Tai Chan Monastery is likes a small city,people use thier skills to run the city,in mainland,shaman use read books,but lots of people are not shaman,They have driver ,clothes maker,cars repairer,DJ,designer,book keeper,woodworker and other jobs,l think it is good,people in the Chung Tai Chan Monastery are all have jobs ,they can self-sufficiency.

From the Religious Service ,i thought Relicious is a good thing ,they can help lots of people to find a job

Performance

Today I went to watch a Performance from Shenwenyu,he is the most famous Pianist in China（not "one of"),he was born in 13th October,1986.He passed the piano 6 level in one year when he was 6 years old.He can play all Mozart's music.He never feel hard for any piano song. He can play "nine finge" piano.

I go to watch the performance with jim and joe from 10-A,Willa,S arah,Tim,Sherlock,Gary from 10-D and Danny from 10-F.W e sit behind each other. When the host introduce shenwen yun and finfish adverting to the YOUNG CHANG kuezweil.Mr.shenwenyu play his wonderful piano,his first song is from Beethoven,it is one of the most famous song in the world, he played so well ,l only can say wonderful when he play,he make every note lively,he show the Beethoven is defined his Destiny.Then next is his show time,he played rhapsody of Hungary> from Liszt,other rhapsody from Chopin,he do not want to play anything easy song,he cross his hand to play, he played so fast besides make us so convulsion,then we have the tntermission.

After the tntermission,he played ,this song is made himself,he use all his piano skills in this song,so when he finish play the song, we clapped about 10 mintnus and he return to the piaano and he played the clock from Liszt, At the and of the performance he played a sohort song however thissong is the hardest song called,this classical song is very famous in the world。

I think Mr.shen will become a wonderful pianoist in the world ,he can standed with Liszt,l want have other performance from him.

School Club/Organization

My School Club log is already due,therfore i do not need other one

l goined the Game Club in term3.Threfore i have Guitar club in Tuesday and have game club in Friday.

In this term, many guitar member go to other school clubs because the leader of guitar club Christopherwants to clean our club,some students in Guitar club did not leearn guitar skills,they just talk with each other and laugh.therfore this term Chris only have activity in Tuesday,l was try some harder song in this term,l was try to play ,howerer this song is too hard too try,now i still try this song,we put our guitar in the back of classroom,howerer our guriter line always broken ,some students play guitar but they do not know how to deal with the guitarwe ，so we were vary worry about that.

Game club is very interesting,we play PSP and wii in club time,we played a game called,the story in this game is very impressiveness,some times Ms.hardly plays with us ,Mr.hardly played with us ,but she didnot komw how to play,so she always get 12th in the game however i think she is really enjoy the game. She play she played bowling and boxing,she said that she never play boxing,so she was played this game,every weeks , we play different game,some times we watch cartons made of Squre Einx,the biggest game business in japan.this days, our game club enjoy ,we will take guitar hero next Friday.

From the school club ,l learn more about guitar and make new friends in GCA,JIM and joe in 10-A are good guys,l love school club

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

I did 10 hours physical activity in term 3. I was going to the Olympic center of Nanjing besides play badminton in the Olympic Badminton center of Nanjing.I did really sports experience in this physical activity.

In March 15th,I went to olympic station of Nanjing to swimming,,the olympic swimming senter has the biggest swimmingpool in Nanjing,I was giong to swimming here for 1 hours,,before i got tired,swimming is a high-consume sports, l took a short rest for 10 mintunes,then i contiune swimming,I had a match with a boy ,we swimming round the swimmingpool,at the end i lost the game because i swimming slowly and my leg was spasm in that time.

In April, I went to olympic badminton center of Nanjing,Mrs.Harries was took badminton exercise in April,therefore i go to play badminton in April 5th ,April 8th April 18th and April 19th.l learned the rule of badminton, and smoe skills of bandminton,at first time,l could not service to short service line,and i practise and practise,now i can service to the long service line and service high balls, l play with my friends andwe also foud some interesting badminton game,during the game i feel tired, l do not have lot of sports in a week, therfore l get tired easliy,

howerer in each parctise ,l try my best to exercise my badminton skills,therfore i feel very erichly.

Form the Physical activity, l am exacty make my body become healthy and my personal healthy get better i think i was exacty did the sports i nerver do.

Italian Restaurant

l went to a frogin restaurant with my famliy.l am very cheerful to have dinner with my parent.

we went to a cafeteria called Hello Italy. Hello Italy was in shigu road,Shi gu road is a very excellent places in Nanjing,many GCA teachers was living here last year,Mr.jackson is still living in here and she tells lots of funny thing in shi gu road.We orderedb three famous ltalian foods: Fusilli shrimps and zuchine,Melenzane alla parm and FIlet alla valdustana

Fusilli shrimps and zuchine is cooked fussilli with mushrooms,buttler cream,ham and parmesan cheese.My parent said Fuilli is very like our chinese noodle .However,our chinese noodles always

cook with soup。l think they are both yammy.

Fillet alla valdostanais a kind of beef.This fillet cooked with ham,emnemthal cheese.l took picture

for this creay beef.My mother think the beef tasty very high,It does not agree with our chinese tasty.we do not like t5his food

Melenzane alla parm is a baked eggplants with mozzarella cheese and tomato sause .l think this food totlay likes our chinese rise ,tasty bad.

In spring festival,l have been to the National Palace Museum to have a exhibition.The National Palase Museum is in taipei,Taiwan,the art works in here is as delicate as the Palace Museum in beijing,When the government of repubilc of China falled in 1949,the goverrnor of republic of China called jiang jieshi took many exquisite works of art from the palace museum in beijing,then Jiang made the National Palace Museumn.

l visited here,because there had a big exhibiton about art works in chinese history and culture,in that time the National Palace Museum would exhibi the art works in Palace Museum in beijing.First l saw the art works from b.c.221 to B.C.220,China in that time was Qing Dynastly and Han Dynesly.People inthat times use bronzes and earthenwares ,peoples in that time start think the world of dead,so they make some picture in the bronzes,the treasure of guarding the building is a triped called "triped mao gong",it mas made in B.C.827,it has a lot of words inside the triped, It was very hard to make words in that time, so it is very precious. Tanwanese callecd that time"From classical to traditional"Then l go the year from 221 to 960, in that times is called convergence and blend,China was the strongest country in that time so many international people from all of the world came to china ,they bring new culture,so The art works made in diversifly.Then l go to song dysenly and yuan dysenly(From 960 to 1350) In that times,people make china many beautiful china has been made .Then l wnent to the final exhibition part.The timeline is from from 1350 to 1911.It was the final feudal age of china,so the art works in that time has been goreous,lifelike art works,people use golden and silver to make the art work look very shine

l go to this exhibition and make the other way to learn chinese history ,l didn not learn some of them unitl l go to the exhibition.

Volunteer work 2

I did volunteer work for five days. In third day,I went there to clean the risidence house.The residence house in Nanjing social wellfare home is called "yi yang lou"It means the people in here can live peace and happy.In spring festival,The risidence house looks very colourful and festive.People in here do not like move ,so the residence looked very clean.l only need clean once time.then l quickly finished the work, them a grandma saw me and talk with me ,then l know l need to talk with this people.ln Nanjing social wellfare home, there are also some handicapped inhere.They do not have any folk.They need people take care of them.

Then next day ,l went to here to talk with with the handicapped.He is a teenager,he said he lost his arm when he was born,his parent think he is a bandicapped.So they left him in hospital.People in hospital take him here.The social worker take care of him,And he also help other people here.He never give up.He thought he can become the actress when he grow up

Then l went to visited a old woman.She"s home was very clearly,She put beautiful flowers on the table,.She said she has five chlidren,they all successful,but they often very busy,so they do not often visit her,she went to Nanjing social wellfare home.There arre many elderly here ,She can enjoy herself,she said she can walk in morning,have a wonderful afernoon sleeping,she could talk with other elderly.She will never feel lonely.

The fifth day,l also want to talk with people.l bought some orange.l went here,saw some people in the garden of Nanjing social wellfare home.Then l came here ,talk with them,They said they are old red armyand from different places of jiangsu.after the war,the government take them here.They are very relaxed.

From this volunteer work ,l learn the important of speak skill, and people in Nanjing social fellface home are very frendly, l need to go here more to talk with them,If they are happy ,l also happy too

I did volunteer work in the winter holiday,l went to the Nanjing Social Wellfare Home,The Nanjing Wellfare Home is in the outer suburbs of Nanjing.It is in South Door, Pukou, Nanjing.The elderly in here will very comfortable and peace.There do not have noise.only birds make wonderful music,There is far away from the city,but many social worker could help them,take care of them,make them happy and talk with them. Usually Vulunteer also come here and do some volunteer work,so the elderly could never be lonely.

In Spring Festival,l went to the Nanjing Social Wellfare Home to do some volunteer work,because during Spring Festival.The social works came home to cerebrate Spring Festival with their famliy.So the Nanjing social wellfare home need help.then l went here.

The social worker tell me to washing the clothes,so l went to washing room,there were too manyclothes in the washing room.In the washing room.there are two big washing machine,three big clothes balacet and a auto clothes parch machine.Even l have these auto machine,It still a big work.Too many clothes ,i need to carry them from the residence hall to washing room,and it is a slope .so l get very tired.Luckily,a social work told me l can use the electromotion car to carry these clothes.And it is easy to carry them,l put these clothes into thewashing machine,i wait wait wait,them l take the clothes in the baskets,carry them into parch machine,them l wait wait wait,l finish the work.

l did this work two ,them the washing social worker come back, l did other work. from this two days .l learned the important of high techology,if l do not have this high techology ,l need to woke longer times

I Join to the Guitar Club in term 1 and term 2.In summer camp,The leader of the Club Christopher was showed his guitar skill in our class.then l think play guitar is very cool.so i went to the musical instruments shop to buy a classical guitar with my father.l came home and played it l make big noise to this guitar ,and our neighbor wnt my home and say hallo to me.First I did not know anying about guitar and music,music is not important in our education.
Then Chris tell me how to play it. .He taught me what is music,he teach me what is 'do re me fa so la xi " ,he told me between 'me" "fa" is half syllable,other is full syblable. how to play note in this guitar .We learned a beautiful song called 《Love Romance》,this song was in some south koera films and it is very easy to learn because it is a 3rd level song .I learned it about two weeks.I continnously practiced this song.Then l can play well.
Our guitar club had 30 people. We all learn ,i become the teacher to teach our club menbers about2 weeks.Ms.bartell had a activity called Chrismas song.Our song is slient night ,what a beautiful song ,l try to play it with guitar book.But it is realley hard to play,to many guitar skills in it,then in club meeting i taik with chris ,and chris helped me, in first week, l only can play two sentance.but in last two,l can already play it very well.During my first show, l had too many troubles. Luckliy,IT IS EASY to listern,lt is very like .When we finished the ,we also teach until term2 finish.
l learn a techology i never invole, l learn the music ,l konw the music theory ,lt is very helpful for me ,lt make my life colourful and sentiment

In SUMMER CAMP,l joined the GCA first club--DARGON Boat Club,this is a club with big school students ,so it is a really big CLUB.Drangon boat is an tradition sport in China.It was to commemorate a great person called Qu Yuan.this sport is an tradition sport but l never do it. So

it is a good occasion for me to learn this tradition sport.

The first training was in Xuanwu Lake, The coach teach us how to rowing the Dragon Boat. We should use our foreans,hip, waist"s power.We exersised 4 hours to do it.After this exercise my arm become very ache,so next day i sleeped in bed。

Next day we did exercise in the boat,The coach tell us Dragon boat is a team work, the Dragon boat have 22 peoples-20shipmans,one helmman and one drummer.The should drivide in left and right group.We need rowing together,IF we do not have team work, the dragonboat could not move.The helmman should control the orientation,make the boat in a lineThe drummer is the leader inthe ship,when he drum,we should rowing the boat.The drummer should drum very loud strong and powerful.

We training every day for the Dargon boat match.During the match ,we only need to row 100 meters ,but every train we rowed at least 1000 meters.l donnot komw why.Zerro told me it is the Nanjing Foreign Language Schoolspirit: If you want to get full mark in test.You should pay for 200 percent strive.l learn this spriit.it is very use good spitrit.Even tought make us very tired,but it is good for our healthy.Most of all,we train for the Gragon boat match of Nanjing high school student.During that day ,we researched the the tactics, We use less rowing most power to move longer distance. We get second and we were very happy.But when the next matching ,we only get 4th in the game. We were very worry about it and we think we can get any award. But when the referee tell us we got second .We were very happy.

From the Physical activity l learn two things.The important of the team work and handwork.

Wersten Resturant

We were went to a German resturant called “secco”in 18th December,We arrived there in 6：30p.m. It is very diffcult to find this restaurant because it is very remote,we went there and waited other peopre go there ,this restaurant is very affective tone, there did not have to many people ,we talked with boss of this restaurant ,he is a oversea student, he said the cook is an German cook,he can cook very delicious and local food.

Then every one came here,we saw the list , there were only 2 choise and very experience,many people did not have enough money, so we borrow from 12 students,The restaurant have other list called drinks and wine list,there are many good drink, l ordered an cup of beer,beacause German beer is very famous. When we finished order list,Grand 12 student Tina,Mike(l only remember this two guy)talked with us about find an good unviersity, they talk with us ,l want
to study MERIDCAL in unviersity,but TINA tell us ,Learning medical is very hard ,It need high mark and l only can be dental surgeon when l finish study. She also tell us aboutthe International English Language Testing System exam. And mike want to go to The United States of America , he tell us some thing about Graduate Record Examinations, So l get many useful informations
We talked with them, and wanting the food, the food is very late because they want to tell us German restaurant want to give food together. German food is very like French food,but is more delicious than French food.and beer is very tasty. L love it very much

Exhibition

On the Thursday 4th December 2008.We had an exhibition called Sculpture of Wu Weishan.It is sculpture art exhibition.Wu Weishan made contemporary artwork and he made many perfect artworks.I did not know about contemporary sculpture of China.I only konw famous CLAY FLGURINE ZHANG and AR FU.

I learn so mush about contempture sculpture now.I learn mush about Wu WeiShan's artworks.He' famous artwork is called sleep chlid,He got lots of awards from this scupiture artwork.He also made the a big artwork 100 culture peoples who effort culture of China. He made many good artworks and my favourite artwork is Laozi. Laozi was the first ancestor of Taoism.So most sculpture of Laozi is same form.But Mr.wu 's laozi was made for a symbol of Chinese traditional culture.Laozi was also a great thinker inChina.Three thousand years ago,it is a time like the Revival of Letters, Laozi was one of them.He's thinking is very advanced。But do not aspect for regal.Only three rega in Chin history aspcted laozi's think. But in that time,people are very rich and had happy life
